1 Who we are
Eventgram is operated by Suhib Abbaas, a sole proprietor based in Amman, Jordan. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Eventgram” refer to that business. You can reach us at info@eventgram.io.
2 Paddle is our merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.
This means that when you buy Eventgram, your purchase contract for the transaction is with Paddle, not with us. Paddle collects payment, handles tax, and issues your receipt. We never see or store your card details. The Eventgram product itself is licensed to you by us, and your use of it is governed by these terms. Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy also apply to your purchase and are available at paddle.com/legal (opens in a new tab).
3 What Eventgram is
Eventgram is a digital product: a hosted event page consisting of an invitation and a post-event, scroll-driven memory board where your guests can add photos and messages. Every event page uses the same standard feature set and is built from a design you select from our available templates, populated with your event details. It works for any kind of event. It is delivered to you as a link — there is no physical product, no download, and no software to install.
4 Purchase and delivery
Eventgram costs $49 USD as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
After purchase you’ll complete a short form with your event details and choose a design. Your event page is generated from those details and the link is emailed to you within 2 business days. If we expect a delay, we’ll tell you before the deadline passes.
5 How long your page stays live
Your event page remains live from creation until 12 months after your event date, after which the page and its content are deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner, or to extend it, by emailing info@eventgram.io.
6 Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you and your guests add to your event page. You agree not to use Eventgram to upload or share content that is unlawful, infringes someone’s rights, is hateful or harassing, is sexually explicit, or that depicts a person who has not agreed to appear on your page.
You are responsible for who you invite. If you share your event page link publicly, anyone with the link can view it and add content.
We may remove content or suspend an event page if we reasonably believe it breaches these rules or exposes us to legal risk. Where we can, we’ll tell you first.
7 Guest content
Your guests may upload photos and written messages to your event page. By uploading, a guest agrees that their content will be displayed on that page. You are responsible for making your guests aware that their uploads will appear there.
Any guest may ask us to remove their own photo or message by emailing info@eventgram.io. We honour these requests.
8 Ownership
You and your guests keep ownership of the photos, messages and event details you provide. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content for the sole purpose of running your event page. We do not use guest photos or messages for marketing or any other purpose without explicit written permission.
The Eventgram name, site, design and underlying templates remain ours.
9 Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep event pages available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Eventgram is provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with Eventgram is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.
11 Support and complaints
For anything about your event page, email info@eventgram.io. We reply within 2 business days and aim to resolve complaints within 5 business days. If we can’t resolve it in that time, we’ll tell you where things stand and what happens next.
For billing, receipts, or refund requests, you can contact Paddle directly at paddle.net (opens in a new tab).
12 Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase.
13 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing in this clause removes any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
