1 Refunds are handled by Paddle
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all Eventgram orders. All payments and all refunds are processed by Paddle. This policy sets out when we will approve a refund; Paddle carries it out.
To request a refund, either email info@eventgram.io or contact Paddle’s buyer support directly at paddle.net (opens in a new tab). Paddle’s own Refund Policy also applies to your purchase.
2 Before your event page is delivered — full refund, no questions
If you have not yet received your event page link, you can cancel for any reason and get a full refund. Just email info@eventgram.io.
3 After delivery — 30 days
Once your event page link has been delivered, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. We will approve refunds where:
- your event page was not delivered as agreed, or
- your event page does not work as described on our site.
Outside those cases, we still consider refund requests individually and in good faith — tell us what went wrong and we’ll do our best to make it right, whether by fixing the page or refunding.
4 Delivery times
We deliver your event page link within 2 business days of receiving your event details. If we haven’t delivered within that window and haven’t told you why, you’re entitled to a full refund.
5 How to request a refund
Email info@eventgram.io with the email address used at purchase and your Paddle order number (it’s on your receipt), and a brief note on what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days.
6 How long refunds take
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.
7 Exclusions
We do not issue refunds where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
8 Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
9 Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled a refund, email info@eventgram.io — we aim to resolve complaints within 5 business days. You can also raise it directly with Paddle at paddle.net (opens in a new tab).
